Firstly, INVIBE wishes to acknowledge and honour the land upon which we settle as the historical and traditional territory of First Nation peoples. We recognize, honour and give gratitude to the Anishinabek (Ojibway/Chippewa), Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation for their stewardship of these lands over millennia, and because of that care and connection to the land, providing us the opportunity to work here, while continuing to honour the heritage and build community on this land. We give gratitude for our Mother Earth, for her offering of all life, love and nourishment, and we honour her in continued stewardship, by being living examples of our respect and gratitude for her.

At INVIBE our work focuses on Reiki healing and Reiki-integrated human developmental intervention, providing guidance for individuals in transition, in search of re-invention, transformation, removing the masks and deepening their connection to self, or those who want to break free from the status quo...Individuals who are open to inner reflection, acknowledging ego and imperfection, and who ultimately are motivated to take the necessary action towards change and their higher self, both personally and professionally.
Our process framework is an integration of growth mindset, vulnerability, and authenticity, as well as Reiki, an energetic healing modality, along with other forms of inner reflection and intuitive connection - providing individuals with the tools that will allow them to be more connected to self, and to be able to promote their own individuality while sharing their unique and innate gifts.
On the organizational side, our focus is working with open-minded, strong, innovative organizations that value employee well-being, encourage employee empowerment and foster authenticity, diversity, inclusivity, communication, the innovation of ideas, and healthy trusting teams - understanding that building these synergies among employees who are embodying their truest version of self in the workspace will directly drive the cultivation of a health workplace culture but also sustainable growth.
